This Thanksgiving Salad Dressing with Fresh Herbs and Sherry Vinegar will wow all of your guests and add so much flavor to your holiday salad! Done in partnership with Olive Oils from Spain.
Good salad dressing can really transform a salad and when it comes to your holiday table, your salad dressing should be on point. And homemade! No excuses when you see how easy and doable this dressing is. Bonus points = you can make it up to two days in advance.
This Thanksgiving Salad Dressing with Fresh Herbs and Sherry Vinegar will WOW your guests and make your holiday salad shine! It’s made with high quality extra virgin olive oil, sherry vinegar, three fresh winter herbs, a bit of crushed garlic and just a touch of spices.
Since the bulk of this dressing is olive oil, it’s super important that you use the highest quality extra virgin olive oil. For this dressing, I partnered with Olive Oils from Spain and used an estate grown extra virgin olive oil that has a nutty aroma with a hint of citrus. Perfect to pair with a Thanks giving Salad!
If you are not familiar, Spain is the world’s leader in terms of high quality olive oil production. They produce an average of 130.000 tons per year — which is around 50% of all of the olive oil produced worldwide. How crazy is that!?
This salad shown is made with red leaf butter lettuce, red onion, shredded beets, sliced cucumbers, toasted slivered almonds and some homemade gluten free croutons cooked in the same estate grown extra virgin olive oil from Spain.
