Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon grated Pecorino Romano Cheese
  • 2 large cloves of garlic crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 10 turns freshly ground black pepper
  • pinch crushed red pepper flakes
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients except olive oil in a small bowl. 

    Using a small whisk or fork, mix until combined and continue whisking while you slowly pour in olive oil.

    Refrigerate until ready to use. Serve over your favorite salad and Enjoy!
