Baked Bananas are the ultimate quick dessert! Customize with your favorite nut butter and chocolate. Make at home or as a campfire dessert or when traveling!

ripe bananas, chocolate chips and nut butter to make baked bananas for camping
  • 2 medium Bananas
  • 2 teaspoons nut butter
  • 2 teaspoons chocolate chips
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Slice each banana 3/4 of the way through the center.
  3. Spread banana apart and spread 1 teaspoon nut butter along inside of each banana. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of chocolate chips into each banana and finish with a pinch of sea salt.

  4. Wrap outside with tinfoil and place on a cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes. Serve while hot and Enjoy!

  1. Follow preparation instructions above but gently pinch tinfoil together at the top (make sure it isn't touching the chocolate or nut butter). They make take 10 to 20 minutes depending on your campfire and how high you place the bananas over the fire.
