For The Smoothie:
  • 1 medium ripe banana about 5 to 6 ounces, sliced and frozen
  • 1/2 cup Pacific Foods Organic Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons pure Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • pinch finely ground sea salt
  • 1/3 cup Pacific Foods Organic Coconut Vanilla Unsweetened
For The Toppings:
  • 8 to 10 whole pecans
  • 1 tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 2 Medjool dates pitted and sliced
  • 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
  1. Place all smoothie ingredients into blender in order listed. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a flat bowl and top with pecans, coconut, dates and hemp seeds to taste. Enjoy immediately!
