  • 3.5 Tablespoons kosher salt
  • 3.5 Tablespoons black pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons smoked sweet paprika
  • 1 Tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  1. Combine ingredients together in a small mason jar. Seal and shake until well mixed.

  2. Use 1/2 Tablespoon per steak to season (1/4 Tablespoon per side). You can put the rub on immediately before cooking or up to 2 hours in advance.
