  • 1 pound New Seasons Ground Dark Meat Turkey
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 1 large ripe avocado
  • 8 Ttablespoons pico de gallo
  • pickled jalapeƱos
  • 4 high quality gluten free buns OPTIONAL
  • Can be served as a salad on a bed of fresh lettuce or as lettuce wraps
  1. Begin by oiling grill grates and preheating grill to medium heat.
  2. Mix the the ground turkey meat with the taco seasoning. Use your hands to mix until seasoning is well incorporated and divide mixture into four evenly sized burger patties.
  3. Grill for 6 to 8 minutes per side or until cooked through and juices run clear.
  4. If serving as burgers, toast gluten free buns and layer bottom bun with sliced avocado. Place burger on top of avocado and top with pickled jalapenos and 2 T of pico de gallo.
  5. For salads, serve ingredients over a bed of dressed lettuce. Enjoy!
