Ingredients
  • 2 medium ripe mangoes approx 20 to 22 ounces flesh
  • 1 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons freshly pressed ginger root juice you can use a garlic press!
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk beverage OR canned light coconut milk see NOTES
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor and process until smooth. Transfer to popsicle molds - I use this one and freeze until set.
