Spaghetti Squash with Grain Free Meatballs. Gluten-Free / Primal. Healthy Comfort Food.
Combine ground beef, egg, ground flax, spices and parm cheese in a medium sized bowl. Grate the garlic and onion into the mixture.
Chop parsley and measure 1/3 cup into beef mixture. Using your hands, mix until well combined.
Individual Serving is 1/4 cooked Spaghetti Squash plus 3 Meatballs and 1/4 of Sauce
