Ingredients
POMEGRANATE AND PEAR
  • 8 cups filtered water
  • 2 medium pears very ripe, cut into slices
  • 1 medium pomegranate seeds and juice
PERSIMMON, GALANGAL AND ORANGE
  • 8 cups filtered water
  • 1 small persimmon ripe, cut into chunks
  • 6 slices galangal (or fresh ginger root)
  • 1 medium Navel orange juice only
SATSUMA AND MINT
  • 8 cups filtered water
  • 1 bunch fresh mint leaves
  • 6 small satsumas peeled and separated into sections
BLACKBERRY, CUCUMBER AND THYME
  • 8 cups filtered water
  • 1 medium cucumber thinly sliced
  • 1/2 pint blackberries
  • 2 sprigs fresh thyme leaves
Instructions
FOR EACH FLAVOR:
  1. Combine ingredients into a pitcher or other glass container and refrigerate until ready to serve. Allowing the infusions to sit for 4 to 6 hours is ideal for optimal flavor but you can serve them as soon as 1 hour after mixing.
