I have been working with Pacific Foods as a content creator for the last few years and they are one of my favorite companies. - 1 medium ripe banana (about 5 to 6 ounces), sliced and frozen
- 1/2 cup Pacific Foods Organic Pumpkin Puree
- 1 1/2 T pure Maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- pinch finely ground sea salt
- 1/3 cup Pacific Foods Organic Coconut Vanilla Unsweetened
- 8 to 10 whole pecans
- 1 T unsweetened coconut flakes
- 2 Medjool dates, pitted and sliced
- 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
- Place all smoothie ingredients into blender in order listed. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a flat bowl and top with pecans, coconut, dates and hemp seeds to taste. Enjoy immediately!
